We continue our commercial life by adapting to the developing world and technology in this sector, which was founded by our mother Kumru Balkaya by producing manti with her own hands in her own kitchen in Istanbul in the early 1990s.

We started to provide service only in Istanbul by using public transportation vehicles due to impossibilities, and today we are always at the service of our customers in the Marmara, Black Sea, Central Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia regions of Turkey with our fleet of more than 30 vehicles.

We continue our production, which started in a home kitchen, today in our factory with a capacity of 2000 m2. Quality has always been our priority in production. In order to achieve this, we have been working with the same raw material suppliers for years in order not to compromise quality.

We have a business model that is aware of the impact of raw material quality on the final product. In line with this awareness, we invested in a farm with a capacity of 1000 cattle in 2018.

Thus, we started to supply meat, one of the main raw materials of manti, from our own farm. In this way, we can always maintain the quality level. We are proud to be a pioneer in the industry with this initiative.
