Triangle Ravioli with Mint Sauce

 

Materials

500 g Triangle Ravioli

This

Salt

1 bowl of Kars Gruyere (grated)

 

Fabrication

1- Boil the manti in boiling salted water for 8 minutes and drain.

2- Mix the manti with mint sauce, put them in the oven tray, sprinkle grated gruyere cheese on them and fry them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

 

Mint Sauce

1 bunch of Fresh Mint

2 slices of Toast Bread (toasted)

1 tablespoon Walnuts

Olive oil

2 cloves of Garlic

1 tea glass of water

Salt

 

Fabrication

- Chop all the ingredients in the food processor until they become puree. If your sauce is too thick, you can add a little more water.
