Triangle Ravioli with Creamy Forest Mushroom Sauce

Materials
200 g Triangle Ravioli
Forest Mushrooms (chestnut, porcini, etc.) can be dried mushrooms
4 dried tomatoes
3 cloves of Garlic
1 onion (julienned)
1 glass of water (the boiling water of the ravioli)
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Basil
Fabrication
1- Put water and salt in the pot and boil it. Put the manti into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
2- Add olive oil to the pan and fry the onions. Add mushrooms and garlic to the roasted onions and sauté.
3- When the mushrooms are sautéed, add cream, dried tomatoes and ravioli juice and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and basil and place on a serving plate.
