Kayseri Ravioli with Mango Cream

 

Materials

200 g Kayseri Ravioli

200 ml Cream

1 Mango

1 Lemon Zest

Fresh mint

Salt

 

Fabrication

1- Peel and chop the mango and puree it with a blender. Add salt, olive oil, cream and lemon zest.

2- Put water in the pot, boil it, add salt, add the manti and cook for about 10 minutes.

3- Put the mango cream in the pan and heat it. Add the boiled manti into the sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes and serve.
