Kayseri Ravioli with Lemon and Garlic White Sauce

350 g Kayseri Ravioli

Fabrication
1- Put water in the pot and boil it. Add salt and dumplings to boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes.
2- Put the drained manti into the sauce you prepared, cook for 1-2 more minutes and serve by sprinkling the gremolata you prepared on top.

1 tablespoon of Butter
1 Onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
6-7 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
10 Green Olives (whole without pits)
5 Black Olives (sliced)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
200 ml Cream
200 ml Milk (1 cup)
Black pepper
Salt
2 slices Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Fabrication
1- Turn the pan on low heat and melt the butter.
2- Fry the onion and garlic on low heat.
3- Add cream, milk and cheddar cheese and boil.
5- When it starts to boil, add tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook very little.
6- Add the dumplings and grate the lemon peel.
