Kayseri Ravioli with Brown Butter Sauce

 

Materials

500 g Kayseri Ravioli

 

Fabrication

1- Put water in the pot and boil it. Add salt, throw in the dumplings and cook for about 10 minutes.

2- Put the cooked manti on a plate and serve with brown butter sauce on top.

 

Brown Butter Sauce

200 g Butter (diced)

90 g Walnuts (coarsely chopped)

Fresh Basil

 

Fabrication

1- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add walnuts and basil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes, until the butter turns a light golden color.
