Eren Kayseri Ravioli with Beetroot

Materials
500 g Kayseri Ravioli
This
Salt
3 Beetroot (peeled and diced)
3 tablespoons of Butter
Fresh mint
Yogurt
Fabrication
1- Add the beets to boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes, then add the manti, cook for another 10 minutes and drain.
2- Put the butter in the pan, heat it, add the drained ravioli and beets and mix.
3- Put it on a serving plate and serve with fresh mint and yoghurt.
