Eren Crispy Ravioli with Caramelized Onions

Materials
500 g Crispy Ravioli
Water (for boiling)
Salt
Spring Onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon of Butter
Fabrication
1- Boil the manti in salted boiling water for 8 minutes and drain thoroughly.
2- Put butter in the pan and fry the boiled manti, both sides.
3- Put caramelized onions on a serving plate, arrange the manti on top, and serve with finely chopped spring onions and garlic sauce.
Caramelized Onion
Materials
1 Onion (julienned)
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
Salt
Fabrication
- Put sunflower oil in the pan and add onions and salt. Roast over low heat until caramelized and remove from the stove.
Garlic Sauce
Materials
2 cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame
2 tablespoons Grape Vinegar
Fabrication
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Butter Sauce
Materials
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 teaspoon of Ground Red Pepper
Fabrication
- Put butter in the pan and heat it. Add red pepper powder into it, heat it and remove it from the stove.
