Dry Age Bundle Ravioli with Burrata Cheese

Materials
500 g Dry Age Bohça Ravioli
Water (for boiling)
2 handfuls of Cherry Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
2 cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 Burrata Cheese
2 spoonful butter
1 glass of Ravioli Water
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh Basil
Fabrication
- Put water and salt in the pot and boil. Add the dumplings and cook for about 8 minutes. While draining the ravioli, set aside 1 glass of water for later use.
- Put butter in the pan and melt it. Add tomato paste and garlic and fry.
- Add cherry tomatoes, add the water of the ravioli you set aside, boil for 10 minutes and puree with a blender.
- Add the boiled ravioli, cook for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle with fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Place on a serving plate and serve with burrata cheese on top.
