Dry Age Bohça Ravioli with Truffle Cauliflower Sauce

Materials
500 g Dry Age Bohça Ravioli
Water (for boiling)
Salt
Fabrication
- Put water and salt in the pot and boil. Add the dumplings and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Add the manti into the cauliflower sauce, mix and serve.
Cauliflower Sauce
1 piece of Cauliflower
2 cloves of Garlic
1 tea glass of Milk
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Truffle Oil
Fabrication
- Put water in a pot, boil it and cook the cauliflower for about 10-15 minutes until it softens.
- Put butter and olive oil in the pot and fry the garlic until its smell disappears. Add milk and truffle oil and puree the boiled cauliflower with a blender.
