Materials



500 gr Dry Age Bohc ̧ a Mant ı

Water ( for boiling )

Salt

- Put water and salt in the pot and boil it . Add the dumplings and cook for about 8 minutes .

- Add the pureed garlic confit and ravioli to the pan and mix . _ _ _

Garlic Confit _

1 head of garlic _

1 coffee cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Eggplant Liked Pancake _ _


1 bottle Roasted Eggplant _ _ _ _ _

2 tablespoons Flour

1 tea glass of Milk

1 tablespoon of Butter

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Salt

Powdered Nutmeg

Black pepper

- Put butter and flour in the pot, fry, remove from the stove , add the eggplant and the remaining ingredients and mix .

- Put a little oil in the pan and cook the eggplants .

3 tablespoons of Butter

1 teaspoon of Powdered Red Pepper _ _ _ _ _
