Crispy Ravioli with Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Materials
200 g Crispy Ravioli
Sunflower oil (for frying)
Water (for boiling)
Salt
Fabrication
Boil the manti in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and drain thoroughly. Fry the boiled manti in hot oil. Remove from oil. Serve with tomato sauce and tahini yoghurt sauce.
Tomato sauce
Materials
4 Tomatoes (grated)
50 ml Olive Oil (1 coffee cup)
2 cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Fabrication
1- Put the pot on the stove over low heat and add olive oil and garlic. Let the aroma of the garlic come out into the oil for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes and spices. Cook with the lid closed for 15 minutes and remove from the stove.
Tahini Yogurt Sauce
Materials
200 g Strained Yogurt
2 tablespoons Tahini
1 teaspoon salt
Fabrication
1- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
