Crispy Ravioli Fajita
Materials
350 g Crispy Ravioli
Sunflower Oil (for frying)
Water (for boiling)
Salt
Fabrication
1- Boil the manti in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and drain thoroughly. Fry the boiled manti in hot oil.
2- Sprinkle fajita spices on the fried manti and mix.
2- Serve with the avocado guacamole and tomato salsa you prepared.
Avocado Guacamole and Tomato Salsa
Materials
1 Avocado
Juice of half a lemon
½ Tomato (seeds removed and chopped small)
1 pinch Parsley (finely chopped)
½ Onion (chopped small)
1 Hot Pepper (chopped small)
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Fabrication
1- Mash the avocado, sprinkle salt on it, add a pinch of parsley, a pinch of onion, a pinch of tomato and mix.
2- Mix all the remaining ingredients, sprinkle with salt and crush thoroughly with your knife.
