Carbonara with Pastrami Eren Kayseri Ravioli

Materials
500 g Eren Kayseri Ravioli
1 pack of bacon
1 pack of Cream (200 ml)
1 Egg Yolk
1 tablespoon Spring Onion (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Black pepper
Fabrication
1- Cook the manti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
2- Add olive oil to the pan and fry the bacon. Put all the ingredients except the egg, heat it, add the cooked ravioli and mix.
3- Remove from the stove, add the egg yolk, mix quickly and serve.
