Bohça Ravioli with Shitake Mushrooms and Smoked Cheese Sauce
Materials
500 g Dry Age Bohça Ravioli

250 g Shitake Mushroom (finely chopped)
Fabrication
- Put water and salt in the pot and boil. Add the dumplings and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Put butter in the pan and sauté the mushrooms.
- Put the sauteed mushrooms in the casserole dish, add the manti on top, pour the smoked cheese sauce, fry in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes and serve.
Smoked Cheese Sauce
Materials
100 g Smoked Cheese
1 tablespoon Flour
1 box of Cream (200 ml)
1 tea glass of Milk (100 ml)
3 tablespoons of Butter (45 g)
Salt
Black pepper
Fabrication
- Put butter and flour in the pot and fry. Add milk and cream and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
