Baked Kayseri Ravioli

Materials
500 g Kayseri Ravioli
This
Salt
100 g Fresh Cheddar (grated)
Fabrication
1- Cook the manti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
2- Put the cooked manti in the oven tray, pour tomato sauce on them, sprinkle fresh kashar, bake them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes and serve.
Tomato sauce
2 Tomatoes (grated)
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
2 spoonful butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Fabrication
1- Put butter in the pan and fry the tomato paste. When the tomato paste is roasted, add the tomatoes and spices and cook with the lid closed.
