A Different Taste Experience at Home: Frozen Ravioli Recipe with Spicy Sauce

Materials:
1 pack of frozen ravioli
4 glasses of water
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of red pepper powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sumac
Yogurt and fresh parsley (for presentation)
You don't need to defrost frozen dumplings. You can cook manti directly from frozen.
First, add water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Add frozen manti to boiling water. When the dumplings start to float to the surface, it usually means they're cooked. This process can vary between approximately 20-30 minutes. Remove the dumplings from the water using a strainer and set them aside.
In the next step, we will prepare the sauce. Add butter and oil to a small skillet or saucepan. When the oil is hot, add the finely chopped garlic and fry the garlic a little over low heat. Then add red pepper powder, black pepper and sumac. Stir the mixture on low heat for a few more seconds.
Pour the sauce you prepared over the previously drained manti and mix well. This way, the manti will be completely covered with the sauce.
Finally, place the manti with sauce on a serving plate and add plenty of yoghurt. You can serve it by decorating it with fresh parsley.
This recipe is a spicy and different interpretation of manti. The sauce prepared with red pepper, black pepper and sumac adds extra flavor to the manti, while yoghurt and fresh parsley provide refreshment. Enjoy your meal!
